This weeks card uses: 
    Stamp set: Flowering Desert
    DSP: Tranquil Textures Designer Paper
    Inks: Sea Foam, Tranquil Tide, Fresh Fig, & Lipstick
    Markers: Sea Foam, Blushing Bride & Tranquil Tide.
    Card-stock: Whisper White and Tranquil Tide

OK...So the Sahuaro Cactus stamp looks a little water colored. I am going to share a quick technique with you. I first inked up the stamp with Sea Foam Green... then I took the Tranquil Tide marker and using the brush tip I applied ink just around the edges. Then of course the marker slipped and I got dark ink where I did not want it!!! So using the Sea foam marker I just brushed over the darker ink and mixed it back in. Note: When your makers come in contact with other colors be sure to quickly color that new ink out of your maker by drawing on a scrap of paper. OK, back to the card... After getting all the ink I wanted on my stamp I spritzed it with water a few times and let it set on the stamp a few seconds and then stamped it on to my card-stock! Every time you do this it will come out uniquely different. Have fun! See you next Monday!
